Description
Distilled in June 2015 and bottled in September 2025 to celebrate the distillery’s 200th anniversary, this 10-year-old Highland single malt has spent its entire life in rich Pedro Ximénez sherry butts. Bottled at 46% ABV, it’s a full-bodied dram bursting with classic sherried sweetness.
The nose reveals molasses, cocoa, and polished oak, while the palate follows with espresso, fig rolls, treacle toffee, and dense malt. A finish of warming spice, dried fruit, and leathery oak leaves a lasting impression. A true treat for fans of rich, dessert-like Highland malts.
