This little number from Auchroisk Distillery, was matured for 10 years in Bourbon casks and bottled at 43% abv. On the nose, expect vanilla, poached orchard fruits and toasted almonds, followed by a palate of creamy banana, honey, and a dash of black pepper. The finish is medium-bodied with lingering tropical fruit and oak.
