A classic Dutch liqueur which is essential for many cocktails, the De Kuyper Crème de Cassis is made from extracts of blackcurrants with plenty raspberry and blackberry notes. The liqueur is bursting with flavour, rich and fruity with hints of nuts and earth. This is perfect when added to Champagne for a Kir Royale.
