Description
Buffalo Trace Kosher Wheat Recipe is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon crafted in collaboration with the Chicago Rabbinical Council, using a wheat mashbill and matured in specially designated Kosher barrels. These casks housed the spirit for seven years before it was bottled at 47% ABV, following meticulous cleaning of the bottling line. As the first major American distillery to produce Kosher-certified whiskey, Buffalo Trace honours tradition while showcasing the bold character and depth the distillery is known for.
This amber-hued bourbon delivers aromas of cherry liqueur, fresh orange, wildflowers and maple syrup, with undertones of red berries and old oak. The palate balances smooth vanilla cream and dry spice with notes of cinnamon, charred wood, and a gentle kick of chilli heat.
