Description
This 10 year old unpeated Islay Single Malt is one of only 18,000 bottles produced by Bruichladdich distillery. The second limited edition of the Laddie, this expression has been matured in 1st fill bourbon, sherry and French wine casks and is presented non chill-filtered at a strength of 50% abv.The nose has notes of light honey, citrus and creamy fudge to the fore, with vanilla, oak and milk chocolate emerging before citrus and floral aspects. The palate is complex with a creamy richness, oak and barley notes punctuated by ripe peach, honeydew melon and raisins with hints of ginger and lemon. The finish is long and floral with honeysuckle, rose and pineapple.
