Bruichladdich Islay Barley 20cl

Part of the Barley Provenance Series from Bruichladdich, this Islay single malt is made entirely from malted barley grown on the island of Islay. Distilled, matured and bottled on Islay this unpeated expression is presented in a 20cl bottle at a strength of 50% abv.

The nose is fruits and floral with crisp apple, pear and orange zest, giving way to oak and cereal notes. The palate is soft and creamy with elderflower and honeysuckle leading to barley sugar. sea salt, vanilla, coconut and cedarwood. The finish is long and lingering with dried fruits, citrus and a touch of sea spray.
