Description
From Holladay distillery in Missouri, USA, this wheated bourbon is made using a mashbill of 73% corn, 15% wheat and 12% barley. Matured in Missouri white oak barrels for six years, the whiskey is then bottled-in-bond at 100 proof, or 50% abv.
Sweet and floral aromas on the nose, which lead to a palate of toffee, orchard fruits, subtle wood spices and mixed nuts. A notably soft, smooth finish.
