An incredible and unique gin from Ableforth’s in Kent, England. This award-winning spirit has been made using the traditional method of Cold Compounding (a double infusion process): first, copper pot-distilled gin is made with juniper, coriander and other fragrant botanicals; the spirit is then infused with a further six botanicals, making the whole process a week long.
The wait is worth it, with the result being a delicious, bold and perfumed gin, perfect for pairing with some tonic or however you prefer your poison to be served!
