Description
A Campbeltown icon, Springbank continues to knock it out of the park with the 2025 release of their 10 Year Old Sherry Fino. The fourth instalment in a five-part exploration of sherry-cask maturation, this release was matured for 10 years, four in bourbon casks, and six in Fino Sherry casks.
Bottled at 55% abv, the nose is full of orchard fruits, vanilla, and cooking spice. The palate draws more on the sherry influence with rich sweetness, but which undercut with a tart citrus notes of lime. The finish is medium length, with a drying mouthfeel and lingering sweetness.
