This bold expression marries Oloroso Sherry Butts with Ex-Islay Peated Casks, resulting in a rich and layered whisky with a subtle smoky twist.
On the nose, it offers an inviting burst of ripe red fruits and a savoury whisper of BBQ smoke. The palate reveals complex notes of cherries, dark molasses, and ginger cake, complemented by toasted rye and charred wood.
