Description
Distilled in November 2007 at Speyside’s Glen Moray distillery, this single malt expression spent 14 years maturing in a refill barrel. Bottled in February 2022, this expression was produced by esteemed independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co. for their Old Malt Cask series. Only 91 bottles were filled, each one at 50% abv.
The nose is full of fudge, polished oak, and rhubarb crumble. The palate has plenty of flowers, ginger, and stewed apples before leading into the long, lingering, and sweet finish.
