Description
Distilled at Speyside’s Inchgower distillery in June 2008 and matured in a bourbon barrel for 13 years before being bottled in July 2022, this single cask expression forms part of independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co’s Old Malt Cask range. Just 264 bottles have been produced, each one at a strength of 50% abv.
Expect aromas of custard, heather honey and lemon meringue pie. The palate is gingery and malty with minor vegetal notes. On the close you will find a long and pleasant pepperiness with sweet malt.
