This Parisian absinthe is the distilled to a traditional 19th century recipe containing wormwood and has been approved by Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder and curator of Musée de l’Absinthe, making it the only absinthe to receive this honour.Named for the famed ‘green fairy’ historically associated with absinthe, La Fée is presented at a strength of 68% abv.
