Aged for 18 years in small white oak casks, this is a full-bodied dark rum. A single modernist rum, this means that they use multi-column stills and make a lighter style of spirit.
With a recipe that has been passed down through a family legacy, Flor De Caña are also proudly sustainable, using estate-grown molasses, they are also a carbon neutral and Fairtrade certified distillery.
