A limited edition release from Black Bottle, this is part of its mysterious Alchemy Series. A small batch expression, this is a very interesting release. Surging with notes of peaty and single grain flavours, this blended whisky is a fascinating dram for those unusual with Black Bottle’s smaller batch releases.
The nose is full of spices, with peat and slightly medicinal notes. The palate is a hit of pepper with sea salt, sweet cereal, vanilla, and cardamom. The finish is long, warming with hints of dry sea salt and toasted oak.
