The latest special edition from the tiny, farm-scale distillery of Kilchoman on Islay is bottled at natural cask strength of 59.2% abv and non-chill-filtered, giving this whisky plenty of flavour and texture.35 ex-bourbon barrels, all filled in 2009, have been selected at 5 years old and vatted together to create a total of 9,200 bottles.
