Aged in first-fill Matusalem casks holding oloroso sherry for a minimum of 30 years, Dalmore Dominium offers a rich and long-lasting palate combined with classic profile you’ve come to expect from Dalmore.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Sweet fruits, sandalwood, lemon tart, honey, caramel coffee and a hint of liquorice spice. Palate: Sherry soaked raisins, black toffee and banana cake. Finish: Treacle tart, pineapple, Oxford marmalade, ginger spice and dates.
