One of only 600 bottles, this exceptional Glenfarclas expression has been released as a part of a series of limited-edition decanter bottlings, crafted as a celebration of the tradition and innovation under the stewardship of the Grant family. The UK exclusive has been lovingly aged for two decades in a port pipe decanter, a tantalising departure from their sherry cask style which offers a wonderfully new drinking experience. Bottled at 50.5% abv.
Expect aromas of dried raisins and honey with hints of oak and eucalyptus, leading to a palate full of rich ripe red fruits and fresh, surprising lemon and lime flavours. The port cask influence emerges fully on the close, giving a lengthy finish that is to be savoured.
